Our standard MOQ is 50 pieces per color for basic styles (crew neck, V-neck). Heavyweight and complex styles start at 100 pieces per color. Organic and performance fabrics start at 200 pieces per color. Mixed colors and sizes count toward the same MOQ — you can split 100 pieces into 4 sizes and 2 colors, for example.
Yes. Basic crew neck and V-neck styles accept 50 pieces per color. For other styles, we recommend starting at 100 pieces to keep unit cost reasonable. For orders under 50 pieces, we offer blank stock with custom printing only — contact us for pricing.
It depends on your order quantity, fabric, and design complexity. Screen printing is best for orders of 500+ pieces with simple, bold designs. DTG is best for small batches with complex, full-color artwork. Embroidery is ideal for logos on polo shirts and caps. Sublimation is best for all-over prints on polyester. Send us your artwork and we will recommend the most suitable and cost-effective method.
Yes. Pre-production samples cost $30–80/piece and take 5–7 working days. We send photos and video for approval before shipping the physical sample. Sample cost is fully refundable on bulk orders of 300+ pieces. You can also request a free fabric swatch booklet before placing any order.
Yes. We offer woven labels, printed satin labels, and tear-away labels. Woven labels have a minimum of 500 pieces (about $0.08–$0.15/pc). Printed labels have no extra MOQ beyond the garment order. You can also remove the original label entirely and replace it with your own — just include this in your spec.
We ship via sea freight (15–25 days, $2–5/piece), air freight (5–7 days, $8–15/piece), and express courier like DHL/FedEx (3–5 days, $15–30/piece). Shipping cost depends on destination, volume, and method. We provide a shipping quote with every order. FOB Shenzhen and CIF/CNF terms available.
