Screen Printing

Traditional & reliable. Ideal for large orders with bold, vibrant colors.

  • Best for 500+ pieces. Setup fee $30–60/color.
  • Up to 12 spot colors. Pantone matching available.
  • Withstands 50+ wash cycles. Best for cotton and poly-blend.
  • Plastisol and water-based ink options.

DTG Printing

Direct-to-garment digital printing. Good for complex designs and small batches.

  • No minimum. $5–15/piece depending on size.
  • 1200 DPI. Best for complex art with gradients.
  • No setup fee. Water-based eco-friendly inks.
  • Best on 100% cotton. Limited wash durability vs screen print.

Embroidery

Thread work for logos, monograms and decorative patterns.

  • Setup fee $15–50/design. Higher MOQ (100+ pieces).
  • Up to 15 colors. Max stitch density 12,000 stitches.
  • 3D puff for caps and hoodies. Chenille for letterman jackets.
  • Outlasts any print method. Best for logos and brand names.

Sublimation

All-over printing with unlimited colors. No texture, vibrant & durable.

  • All-over print with zero white borders.
  • Ink becomes part of the fabric. No cracking or peeling.
  • No color limit. CMYK process. No setup fee.
  • Requires 100% polyester or >65% poly blend. Not for dark cotton.
