Receive Quote & Tech Pack
Us: 1–2 business daysWe send a detailed quote with unit price, sampling cost, and lead time. If you need design help, we create a tech pack and BOM (bill of materials).
Confirm & Pay Deposit
You: 1 dayReview the quote and tech pack. Once confirmed, pay 30% deposit to start sampling. We accept T/T, PayPal, Western Union.
Sample Production
Us: 5–7 working daysWe produce 1–2 samples based on the confirmed spec. Photos and video sent for approval before physical sample ships. DHL/FedEx, 3–5 day delivery.
Sample Approval
You: 2–5 daysReceive the physical sample. Check fit, fabric, print quality, and colors. Request revisions if needed ($15–30/revision). Most projects approve in 1–2 rounds.
Bulk Production
Us: 15–20 working daysAfter sample approval, production starts. 15–20 working days for standard orders. AQL 2.5 in-line QC at every stage. We send progress photos on request.
Final Inspection & Packing
Us: 1–2 daysFinal AQL inspection. QC photos and report sent. Custom labels, hang tags, and packaging applied. Each piece individually poly-bagged (or your spec).
